Lea View House is a large, lively community hub with shared gardens and a range of social facilities to enable supported, yet independent living for the over 55’s.  Street lighting around the estate was renewed to LED on a direct “one for one” basis, installing all-new luminaires in the same column locations as the original SON fittings.
